CU Heritage Society

Our Gratitude

The University of Colorado is inspired by and grateful for the legacy gifts that CU Heritage Society members provide to support CU. Thank you to those who have shared their hopes and dreams with us. We recognize that the future is unknown and that plans change. Still, we welcome those who have informed CU of their plans for future gifts to become members of the CU Heritage Society, a prestigious group of supporters who engage in meaningful ways across CU’s four campuses.

Your Impact

Planned gifts strengthen CU's academic programs, attract talented faculty, fuel innovative research, transform healthcare and support CU students on every campus. Hear from our donors about how they support their passions at CU.

2023 CU Heritage Society Luncheon: Ask Why Not?

We were thrilled to gather with many of our members at the annual Heritage Society Luncheon. This year, the luncheon’s theme, “Ask Why Not?” explored how people across CU break out of the status quo to seek innovative and unexpected solutions.

Every day, CU’s students, researchers and health care professionals ask “why not?” when confronted with complex challenges. We shared stories that about how giving impacts innovation and thanked CU Heritage Society members for their incredible support of CU. The luncheon also featured moving performances by CU Denver’s LARK acapella group and remarks from President Todd Saliman.

In the past year, 109 new members joined the CU Heritage Society. We are so grateful for your commitments. Your support will educate future generations and strengthen our university for decades to come. See some photos of the event below.
